Saturday & Sunday Schedule

Morning Sessions: 9:00am - 12:00pm

Afternoon Sessions: 2:00pm - 5:00pm

Morning & afternoon sessions consist of short periods of instruction, meditation, guided meditation, and discussion / Q & A.
All meditation sessions are 30 minutes or less, and we have frequent breaks.

Plus: two bonus sessions in the weeks following.

When the retreat ends and your practice begins, you’ll have the support of a Q & A session, and then a Saturday morning live meditation gathering!

Questions Session

Tuesday May 21, 6pm MT

Gather your questions and experience and bring them to this session. We’ll make sure that every single question is heard and responded to. These are very popular, and recordings will be provided.

Group Meditation

Sunday May 26, 9am - 10am MT

An opportunity to sit with everyone from the Finding Ground & Becoming Whole Meditation community. We’ll revue the instructions and sit together for an hour.
